What is Flori Culture Co. ? 

Bespoke floral preservation, handcrafted from your sentimental flowers.  We can perfectly preserve flowers from your wedding day or any other occasion, meaning your memories can be treasured forever.  Discover our products.

Why should I choose you over other preservation methods? 

We offer a new and novel method to have your bridal or occasion flowers preserved. Competitor methods like resin can be clunky and dated & dried flowers can be dull. Our flowers come perfectly presented in a frame which you can tuck away in storage or display proudly.  

How to take care of my preserved flowers?

Our flowers are super easy to care for, just follow these simple steps

• Do not put them in water! All the moisture is locked in already and they will rot quickly if you put them in water.
• Do not put them in direct sunlight or somewhere that is too hot or cold.
• Once finished with display if you store carefully somewhere cool and dark they will last for years to come!
• To clean: Lightly dust + wipe preserved flowers.

• Our processes are all organic involving hand preservation and no harsh chemicals or synthetic materials
• Your order is preserved with our technique, arranged, tied & packed all by hand. 
• Our flowers are all real - unlike other long-lasting 'flowers' which are made from synthetic materials. 
• We source from local suppliers and british farms, then preserve on site
• We help save your flowers from the bin - there is nothing worse than throwing plants away!
• We are striving to continuously improve our sustainability efforts. Without a healthy planet our flowers won't exist! 

I haven't received my order?

If the latest estimated delivery date for your order has passed and you have checked your tracking number please do get in touch with us on floriculturecompany@gmail.com. We aim to get your orders to you as quickly as possible but working with fresh flowers can be tricky! We will do our best to keep you updated. 

Do you sell Worldwide? 

Currently we only ship to UK + EU. Unfortunately postage costs and risk of damage during transit are not feasible for us at this time.

Postage on all of our pre preserved floral arrangements is as follows, this will be added at checkout. 

UK Standard (2-5 Working Days) - £5.99

EU Standard (5-10 Working Days) - £10.99

Your bespoke preserved arrangements have a turnaround time of 3-4 months from date received, this time is needed to fully preserve each flower by hand. We charge a flat fee for all delivery due to the products being heavy and needing extra care, this also includes postage for you to send your bouquet to us and this is charged via invoice.

Do you accept returns/refunds? 

Due to the delicate and perishable nature of our products and our business model we do not allow returns. We apologise for any inconvenience but please do purchase with this in mind.

Pre-orders will take upto one month to arrive with you.

Many of our seasonal bouquets are limited edition so please order to avoid dissapointment.

We are based on the Border of Suffolk & Essex near Halstead. All of our bespoke orders are available for drop off & collection so if you are local or happy to travel then please select the Free Local Collection option at checkout and we will reach out about your order.

Drop-off & Collection Process

1. When you send your enquiry, let us know how you would like to proceed with collection and drop off

2. Or check-out your order with the free 'local collection' option if you are purchasing online

4. We will drop you an email as soon as your order is ready with the collection address and you can confirm with a time and date that suits you.

5. Collect your flowers!

Pick-up & Delivery

Additionally if you are within 15 miles of our CO9 postcode we can also do pick-up & delivery from your house or chosen location.

Please follow the steps above and instead select 'local delivery' at check-out and we will be in touch to arrange this. 

Please be aware that you can only collect and recieve flowers Mon-Fri, 9-5pm. Unless otherwise agreed.
